At Terra Mystika, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition.
  • Be returned in its original packaging with all tags and accessories.
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase or your order number.

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or incorrect:

  • Opened or used products
  • Gift cards
  • Clearance or sale items
  • Customized or personalized products

Due to the natural characteristics of crystals and gemstones, slight variations in colour, size, shape, and texture are normal and are not considered defects.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

We will review your request and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are damaged, defective, or incorrect. If you need an exchange, please contact our customer support team.

Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product, customers are responsible for the cost of returning items.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Terra Mystika is not responsible for items lost during return transit.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they are processed or shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process outlined above.
